In-Class Lesson Enrollment
Enroll at any time during the year including summer.
Switching Programs
Switching programs is easy if students decide they wish to pursue a different instrument or voice. We can facilitate a change within 2 weeks. Lesson day and time may have to change based on instructor availability.
Withdrawal
Students are only committed to a month at a time. All we need is two weeks notice if withdrawing from a program.
Cancellation/Make-up Lesson Policy during COVID-19
Our make-up lesson policy has been designed to ensure students and staff do not lose out on scheduled lesson/work hours due to cancellations. Resources are planned in advance based on the student's weekly schedule, therefore, making up last minute cancellations is not possible.
- Cancellations that will be made up: Up to 4 lessons cancelled by 7PM the night before the lesson will be made up each academic year. Lessons must be made up by the end of July. There is no refund or carry over of unused make-up lessons into the next academic year.
- Cancellations that will not be made up: Same day cancellations and no-shows.
- Weather related closures: In the case of inclement weather, we will send emails & update our voicemail and Instagram by 1PM on weekdays and 8AM on Saturdays. Lessons can be done online or re-scheduled to a different day.
