Our school year runs from September to June (36 to 40 weeks) and Summer term from July to August (7 weeks).
Tuition must be paid in advance to secure and hold a weekly time slot. Payment can be made for the full year or in monthly installments.
For full year payment we accept cash, cheque, debit or credit card. For monthly payments, we accept post-dated cheques (maximum of 9 cheques for the year), pre-authorized Visa debit, or credit card. The first month’s payment is due upon registration and subsequent payments automatically charged in 4 lesson installments on the first of each month with final adjustments processed in June.
A $25.00 fee will be charged for payments declined due to non-sufficient funds.
Up to 3 private lessons cancelled by 8:00 PM the night before the lesson, and one same day cancellation will be made up in a school year. Make up lessons can be scheduled until the end of July. There is no credit or refund for missed or make up lessons, lateness and additional cancellations. Semi-private and group lessons cannot be made up; however, we will try to provide a make up if there is availability in a different class. Cancellations and schedule changes must be made with the front desk via phone/voicemail, e-mail or in person and not directly with the instructor.
We try our best to schedule students with the same instructor for the entire term. However, in the event a regularly scheduled instructor is absent, another qualified instructor will teach the class or the lesson will be re-scheduled at our discretion. There is no credit or refund for lessons cancelled by students due to unavailability of their regularly assigned teacher.
We will update voicemail, Instagram and Facebook by 1:30 PM on weekdays and 8:00 AM on Saturdays if classes are cancelled due to inclement weather. Please check for school closure prior to coming in on severe weather days. Students can schedule make up lessons any time until the end of July. There is no credit or refund for lessons cancelled due to weather related closures.
We require at least two weeks advance notice to stop the following month's payment or process refund for full year payments. There will be no refund for the current month or for any classes not taken.
